    Yonseirian Sterilization & Disinfection System

Every instrument used in a dental clinic comes into direct contact with patients' bodily fluids, including blood, so careful attention and management are essential to prevent cross-infection between patients.

To prevent and control cross-infection, Nowon Yonseirian Dental Clinic has introduced the MD safe infection control system, which meets WHO international standards, and advanced disinfection equipment,

and maintains a safe care environment through infection-control training for all staff.

    MD safe Sterilization Management System

We use RIMS, a dedicated infection-control program that applies the strict international standards of the CDC and WHO, to maintain a safe care environment.

    Novacare Disinfecting Water

We use a premium electrolyzed disinfecting water system <Novacare> for

our instruments and the rinse water you use during treatment,

so you are treated with water in which harmful bacteria have been killed.

    Autoclave

Our direct-water autoclave drains the water after each single use, with no reuse,

and sterilizes under high pressure with clean water, followed by thorough drying,

so the instruments we use are clean and hygienic.

    Plasma Sterilizer

It sterilizes quickly using a low-temperature method,

and our premium plasma sterilizer prevents damage and rust on instruments,

allowing fast and clean instrument care.

    Ultrasonic Cleaner

We use an ultrasonic cleaner that removes fine contaminants and bacteria, cleans and disinfects,

to keep instruments and prostheses clean.

    Yonseirian Dental 12-Step Disinfection System

    1 step

Instruments are rinsed thoroughly under running water to remove contaminants.

    2 step

Remaining contaminants are soaked in a sterilizing solution and broken down chemically.

    3 step

An ultrasonic cleaner is used to remove fine contaminants and reduce bacteria, followed by a second wash.

    4 step

Air drying removes all moisture until fully dry.

    5 step

Each patient's instruments are carefully sealed one by one in sterilization pouches.

    6 step

The packed instruments are sterilized at high temperature and pressure for about 1 hour 20 minutes in a direct-water autoclave with no water reuse.

    7 step

After sterilization, instruments are stored in a sanitizing cabinet to keep them sterile.

    8 step

Oiled handpieces and cutting instruments are stored in the sanitizing cabinet, and a separately processed handpiece is used for each patient to help reduce cross-contamination.

    9 step

Finished prostheses are disinfected and stored in the sanitizing cabinet before being placed for the patient, with precautions to reduce the risk of infection and contamination.

    10 step

Regular monitoring lets us review our infection control periodically, and treatment chairs and spittoons are disinfected.

    11 step

All Yonseirian Dental staff wash their hands thoroughly and wear masks and face shields to treat you in clean conditions.

    12 step

Individually sterilized, packed and safely stored instruments are opened in front of you at the start of treatment.
